It was close to downtown, making it convenient for accessing nearby offices and restaurants. the property was within walking distance of the river, providing an opportunity to explore the area on foot. the room was well, appointed, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the staff was helpful and accommodating, ensuring a hassle, free stay. the hotel provided a delicious breakfast with a range of options to choose from. the property had a beautiful view, and the facilities were top, notch, including a gym, pool.

I did notice that there were many tourists visiting the hotel, which sometimes made it noisy and crowded.

Spending Christmas in this hotel was such a wonderful experience. the hotel had beautiful decorations all around making it feel festive. I loved the big pool and the spa that offered excellent treatments which I really enjoyed. Another plus was the free shuttle bus service to town which saved us from walking in the cold weather.

I must say that breakfast was not great and lacked variety. It was also difficult for us as a couple to communicate with the staff as there was only one person who spoke English, which was not very convenient.

Spending my Christmas at this hotel was a lovely surprise. The spacious room I stayed in provided all the comfort I needed, and the staff were warm, friendly and hospitable. The hotel's perfect location was just walking distance to the stunning mountains and the vibrant downtown area. The restaurant had a wide variety of delicious food that catered to all tastes. My favourite part of the hotel was the spa service which really gave me a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

One of the downsides of this hotel was that the staff did not speak much English, which made communication challenging at times. The breakfast spread could have been better, however, it was still tasty.
